We kindly request that client arrive on the time for their appointments. Treatments may be cut short or refused if arriving late.
We request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Full Treatment price may be chargeable for late cancellations or missed appointments should we not be able to re-book the appointment.
If you require a downstairs room, please ask when booking.
A deposit of £20 is required for any treatments marked ‘*’, or any longer appointments booked.
Relaxing treatments do take place at the salon, if you could keep the noise levels to a minimum, and make sure mobile phones are switched off or put on silent.
All courses of treatment to be taken within 6 months.
